- $500 or more, 50/50 split
- 1200 or more, 40 store/60 consignor
- $2000 or more, 30 store/70 consignor

DC will consider directly buying your designer handbags if...

- your bag originally retails for over $1000
- your bag is in excellent condition (documentation preferred)
- your bag is a current and sought after style

Please keep in mind, for direct purchase consideration, your bag must be in LIKE NEW condition (documents/receipts preferred), must be a recent style, as well as an IN DEMAND designer and style. We assess bags on a case by case basis, and a waiting period of up to 48 hours may be neccessary to fully assess select bags.

Please read the following if interested in becoming a DC Consignor...

What We Take

We accept DESIGNER AND CONTEMPORARY women’s clothing in all sizes (including Plus sizes), designer handbags, shoes, and accessories. Items must be no older than 2-3 years and in "Like New" or gently-worn condition. Fine Jewelry, Vintage pieces, and Designer handbags are examples of exceptions. We are only interested in items that retail for $80 or more. We will be tentative about taking any item without labels at all.

Items must be freshly laundered prior to appointment and hung on hangers.

Your Appointment

  • Call us at 508-655-4478 to set up your personal consignment appointment.
  • Clients MUST make an appointment to bring in items. Unfortunately, we CAN NOT take walk-in’s.
  • There is a 3 piece minimum and a 25 piece maximum for each appointment. If you have more than 25 items we will be happy to schedule more than one appointment for you..
  • At your appointment your items are evaluated by an associate and only items that meet our criteria will be accepted.
  • Items are typically priced 1/3 to 1/4 of retail, and up to 1/2 for items that are new with tags.
  • You will receive an itemized contract with your pick-up date.
  • Items will be priced at full discretion of DC Consignments.

So Now You’re A Consignor

  • Your items will stay on our sales floor for 90 days. During that period they will experience two markdowns. 
  • 1st Month: Items are sold at full price
  • 2nd Month: Items are marked down 10% from full price
  • 3rd (Final) Month: Items are marked down 30% from full price
  • Consignors will receive 40% of the final sale price.
  • We reserve the right to discount any item up to 50% of initial price at any time during consignment period.
  • A check will become available for pick up after 3 months of first consignment drop-off, then quarterly thereafter.
  • Credits may be spent in the store with a 10% discount on top of any and all promotions, markdowns and offers.
  • It is the consignor's responsibility to track their account and keep track of their pick-up date.
  • If at the end of the 90 day period you have not come to claim your unsold items by the specified date, items become the property of DC Consignments.
  • We will donate unsold items upon request during consignment appointment.
