IN-HOME CONCIERGE

CONSIGNMENT PICK-UP

This service is ideal for consignors with a large amount of items (40 or more) and/or several luxury-brand pieces. This service is available based upon an initial consultation. If you are interested in an in-home appointment, please call the store at 508-655-4478, or email [email protected] with the approximate number of pieces you have to consign, and a short description of your items, including a list of designer names.

-Prior to our arrival, set aside any clothes, that are like-new or gently worn, handbags, and shoes from your closet that you are interested in consigning.

-We will carefully sort through these items to determine which pieces have re-sale value and can be sold in the store or online on consignment.

-We will itemize your pieces on your consignment contract and estimate your pick-up date.  Allow 5-7 days for your pieces to be entered into our system and go out on the sales floor.  You can track your account online through our website through-out your consignment period.

-After 90 days, at the end of your consignment period, any unsold items must be picked up. Items left past their pick-up date will be donated.

 -The fee for this service is $50 per hour/per associate (minimum of 1 hour) and is available for homes within a 20 mile radius of DC Natick. Service beyond 20 miles may be available for an increased fee.

PREMIUM CLOSET CONSULTATION

This service is for fashion-obsessed individuals, and proud owners of premier luxury brands, who want to make room in his or her closet by consigning a large number of great, high-end pieces, but would like help determining exactly what to consign or what to donate.  We can help by thoughtfully looking through your closet and discussing with you items you may be undecided on parting with. We will advise you on the value of specific items based on designer name, age of the item, and condition so that you may make the right decision in consigning, selling (we offer this option too!) donating, or keeping for now. Once it’s decided which pieces will be eliminated from your closet, we can make recommendations as to what essential clothing and accessory items might be needed to update your current wardrobe since we’ll already know your style and what’s missing from your closet! After your session we will itemize your pieces on your consignment contract for an extended consignment period of 180 days. Allow 5-7 days for your pieces to be entered into our system and go out on the sales floor.  You can track your account online through our website through-out your consignment period.

The fee for this service is $125 per hour (minimum of 1 hour) plus 3% of the total consignment sales (to be deducted at the end of the consignment term), and is available for homes within a 20 mile radius of DC Natick. Service beyond 20 miles may be available for an increased fee. The consignment split will be 50/50 on clothing and the increased handbag splits will also apply.
